Lions who wish to pursue leadership roles within their Lions community, gain valuable life experiences, or simply looking for personal growth and skills development will benefit from the Regional Lions Leadership Institute.
Attendees learn about club operations, opportunities and resources available to clubs, and gain both valuable leadership skills and a deeper understanding of how to better serve clubs.
RLLI is offered as a Multiple District 24 effort and is organized, coordinated, and presented by District leaders.
Attendees must provide transportation to the training location (Charlottesville, VA) and pay a portion of the cost ($225). All meals, lodging, and instruction is included. For the first 10 Lions from District 24L who register and get accepted, DG Donalda has committed to subsidizing the Lion portion of the cost ($125). This will reduce the Lion obligation, for the first 10 accepted, to $100.
