24-A (Northern Virginia). If you are visiting our Nation's Capital or
the Commonwealth of Virginia please plan to attend one of our fine
Lions clubs. District 24-A is located just south of Washington, DC and
the Potomac River. Within our District/State there are
many historical
attractions. Homes of the seven Presidents of the United States of
America born in the Old Dominion: These include George Washington,
Thomas
Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, William Henry Harrison, John
Tyler, Zachary Taylor and Woodrow Wilson; and the Arlington National
Cemetery,
Battlefields of the American Revolutionary War and the American Civil
War.
